Sometimes X-PHP-Originating-Script header has to be removed for security reasons.

To do this the configuration directive mail.add_x_header must be set to value Off.

It can be changed in php.ini file:

mail.add_x_header = Off

To find where in the system php.ini is, use the function phpinfo in PHP script:

phpinfo();

This will show information about PHP configuration.

Then find the option "Loaded Configuration File":

Loaded Configuration File   /usr/local/etc/php.ini
